Before you write
- Chasing an order? Include your order number — it starts with a # and is in your confirmation email. Note that production takes 2–5 business days before tracking appears.
- Something arrived wrong or damaged? Attach a photo and we will sort a replacement straight away.
- Size question? Tell us your usual size and the fit you want, and we will tell you which to order.
