Terms of Service

1. About us. This store is operated by Pawsly ("we", "us"), based in Málaga, Spain. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products. All items are printed to order. Product photographs are mockups produced by our print partners; colours may vary slightly between screens and between production batches. Measurements in the size guide are taken flat and may vary by up to 2 cm.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euros and, for customers in the EU, include VAT. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout; your order is confirmed only once payment has cleared.

4. Orders we may decline. We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was clearly published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

5. Delivery. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed dates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns. Your right to cancel and to return goods is set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property. All designs, artwork, text and photographs on this site belong to Pawsly. You may not reproduce or resell them.

8. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence. EU consumers can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
