How do I choose my size?
Our hoodies are unisex and cut generously. If you like a relaxed fit, or you are between two sizes, size up. Every product page has a full measurement chart — measure a hoodie you already own and love, and match it to the chart. That beats guessing from your usual size.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will change or cancel it at no cost. After that, production has usually started and we cannot stop it — but you can still return it under our 14-day policy.
Delivery
How long will it take?
Two to five business days to print your item, then a few more to deliver it. In practice most European orders land in 5–13 business days. Full country-by-country estimates are on our shipping page.
Why is it not next-day?
Because nothing we sell exists until you order it. We print each piece on demand rather than warehousing stock that may never sell and eventually gets destroyed. It costs a few days. We think it is worth it.
Will I pay customs charges?
Almost certainly not. We print within your region — EU orders in the EU, North American orders in North America — so most parcels never cross a customs border. Prices for EU customers include VAT.
Where is my tracking number?
It arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves the production facility, which is a few days after your order confirmation. If a week has passed with no tracking email, check your spam folder, then write to us.
The product
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Treated this way the print will outlast the garment.
Will the print crack?
Our prints are cured into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it as a thick vinyl layer, so they stay soft and flex with the cotton. Washing hot and drying on high heat is what kills prints — wash cold and it will be fine.
What is the hoodie made of?
A heavyweight cotton-blend fleece with a brushed interior — substantial enough for a January morning walk, not the thin kind that goes shapeless after three washes. Exact composition is listed on each product page.
Returns
What if it does not fit?
Email us within 30 days and we will exchange it for another size, as long as it is unworn with tags on. You pay postage back to us, we pay postage out to you.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
Send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, your choice. You usually will not need to send the faulty item back.
