This website is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. Website infrastructure, checkout and order data are provided through the Shopify platform.
3. Purpose of the website
This website exists to present and sell Pawsly products to consumers. Placing an order forms a distance sales contract governed by our Terms of service, our Refund policy and Spanish consumer law.
4. Conditions of use
By accessing this website you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it in any way that damages or impairs the site or interferes with another user's use of it. We take reasonable care to keep the information here accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is free of error or that the site will be available without interruption.

All designs, artwork, logos, photographs and product descriptions on this website are owned by Pawsly or used under licence, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform any of it without our written permission.

7. Applicable law and complaints
This notice and any dispute arising from use of this website are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own country of residence. If you have a complaint, write to us first at pawsly.storee@gmail.com; we aim to resolve every complaint within one month. Consumers resident in Spain may also contact a municipal consumer information office (OMIC) or the consumer authority of their Autonomous Community.
8. Legal guarantee
New goods sold to consumers in Spain carry a legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, as amended by Ley 4/2022, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771). Consumers elsewhere in the EU have at least two years, or longer where their national law provides it.
