Personalised item: what changes for returns
If you add the portrait: the garment is made to your specification, so it is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right (art. 103.c RDL 1/2007). That is why you approve it on screen before paying: exactly the design you approved is printed and, until it enters print, you can cancel for a full refund. If it arrives faulty or different from what you approved, we replace it at our cost.
Without the portrait, the garment keeps the usual 30 days: the first size exchange is free — you send the garment back and we pay to ship the new one. If it is simply not for you, we refund the item price and return postage is on you.
By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it.

Each garment carries one dog’s portrait. If there are two — or one is a gift — add a second garment: across Spain, the EU and the UK shipping is free from €50 (calculated after discounts), and each portrait is approved separately on its page.

Each person picks their own size and colour. The price is the sum of the two garments, with no extra discount. Across Spain, the EU and the UK shipping is free from €50 (after discounts); below that, or elsewhere, the real rate is shown at checkout.
We carry the same photo, framing and name over to the second garment: you only pick size and colour. You can also put it on one of the garments above.

Returns & exchanges
Wrong size? We cover the postage on your first exchange within 30 days of delivery. Send us a message and we will arrange it. Garments with the portrait are made for you: that is why you approve the design on screen before paying, and if it arrives different from what you approved we replace it.

Guarantee
Three-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers in Spain, and at least two years elsewhere in the EU. If it arrives faulty or fails in normal use, we replace it or refund you.

This sweatshirt can carry your dog's portrait across the upper back (it takes the place of the PawslyTails logo there): choose Your dog's portrait under Back, upload a photo and type their name. We draw your dog in the PawslyTails sepia style — the same hand for every dog — with the name underneath, and you see it on the garment instantly. That is the final design: adjust the photo, the framing and the name as often as you like, approve it on screen and it prints exactly as shown — no proof emails, no waiting. Because it is made for you, a portrait order is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right (art. 103.c RDL 1/2007) — you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it enters print.

What if the size is wrong?
You get thirty days for a free size exchange. Tell us the size you need and the right one goes out — you cover postage back to us, we cover postage out to you. On top of that you have fourteen days to change your mind entirely under EU law. Items need to be unworn and unwashed.
When will it actually arrive?
Nothing is pre-made, so printing takes two to five business days. The estimated arrival is 7 to 18 days in total. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves the printer, and the estimated window is shown above the Add to cart button.
Is the quality actually good?
We use Gildan heavyweight blanks — 180 g/m² on the tees, 8.0 oz on the hoodies and sweatshirts — with taped necks and double-needle hems, printed by professional partners rather than a desktop press. The print is inside the fabric, not a rubbery patch sitting on top of it.
Where is it made?
Printed on demand inside the EU wherever possible, at the partner closest to you, so most orders never cross a customs border. The blank garments themselves are made by Gildan — each product page lists the exact model and country of manufacture, because you deserve to know.
Is checkout safe?
Payments run through Shopify's own checkout — the same system used by millions of stores. We never see or store your card details. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay all work.
What am I entitled to if something is faulty?
Three years of legal conformity guarantee from delivery for consumers in Spain, under Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 as amended by Ley 4/2022, and at least two years elsewhere in the EU under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If something is wrong with it, we sort it out.
