Wrong size? We cover the postage on your first exchange within 30 days of delivery. Send us a message and we will arrange it.

Guarantee
Three-year legal guarantee of conformity for consumers in Spain, and at least two years elsewhere in the EU. If it arrives faulty or fails in normal use, we replace it or refund you.
Send us one photo of your dog. We draw it in the Pawsly style — the same six inks, the same circle and the same lettering on every portrait we make — and their name is set underneath at no extra cost. You see the drawing on this page before you order, and you approve the final proof before anything is printed.
How it works
1. Choose your size and colour, upload a photo of your dog and type their name — the preview on this page shows you the portrait as it will print.
2. Drag and zoom to frame the face the way you like it.
3. Within 24 hours we email you the finished drawing. Ask for as many changes as you like — nothing is printed until you say yes.
4. We print it in Europe and ship it tracked.
Where it goes
The portrait is printed on the back, centred between the shoulder blades — the medallion, the name and the small PAWSLY · RETRATO seal. The front stays clean. It reads as a piece, not as a photo on a shirt.
What makes a good photo
Face towards the camera, good daylight, the head filling most of the frame, in focus. A normal phone photo is plenty. Avoid very dark shots, heavy backlight, motion blur and photos of a screen. If the photo will not give a good drawing we will tell you and ask for another one before we print — we never print a portrait we would not be happy with.

The t-shirt
Heavyweight cotton, unisex, true to size. Printed directly onto the fabric — it is not a patch or a transfer. Machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low.

Printed to order in Europe. Estimated arrival is 7–18 days from approval of your proof. Tracking on every order. Free delivery on orders over 50 €.
Returns on personalised items
Because this item is made to your own specification, it is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. That is exactly why you approve the drawing before we print. If the item arrives faulty, or does not match the proof you approved, we replace it at our cost. Your 3-year legal guarantee of conformity is unaffected.
The photo you upload
By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use that image. We use it only to make your portrait and we delete it once your order is complete.

What if the size is wrong?
You get thirty days for a free size exchange. Tell us the size you need and the right one goes out — you cover postage back to us, we cover postage out to you. On top of that you have fourteen days to change your mind entirely under EU law. Items need to be unworn and unwashed.
When will it actually arrive?
Nothing is pre-made, so printing takes two to five business days. The estimated arrival is 7 to 18 days in total. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves the printer, and the estimated window is shown above the Add to cart button.
Is the quality actually good?
We use Gildan heavyweight blanks — 180 g/m² on the tees, 8.0 oz on the hoodies and sweatshirts — with taped necks and double-needle hems, printed by professional partners rather than a desktop press. The print is inside the fabric, not a rubbery patch sitting on top of it.
Where is it made?
Printed on demand inside the EU wherever possible, at the partner closest to you, so most orders never cross a customs border. The blank garments themselves are made by Gildan — each product page lists the exact model and country of manufacture, because you deserve to know.
Is checkout safe?
Payments run through Shopify's own checkout — the same system used by millions of stores. We never see or store your card details. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay all work.
What am I entitled to if something is faulty?
Three years of legal conformity guarantee from delivery for consumers in Spain, under Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 as amended by Ley 4/2022, and at least two years elsewhere in the EU under Directive (EU) 2019/771. If something is wrong with it, we sort it out.
